Scottsdale Nursing Home Abuse Lawyers

Welcome to the Scottsdale Nursing Home Abuse and Elder Abuse Law Firm Attorney Resource and Information Page.

As our population ages, more and more people are spending their final years in nursing homes and other elder care facilities.  All too tragically, the care they receive sometimes is far worse than what one can imagine.  Many seniors today are neglected and being carelessly or intentionally harmed by their caretakers.  Fortunately, there are federal and state laws that regulate the nursing home industry.  The important thing is that victims of elder abuse, their families and anyone who witnesses elder abuse or neglect needs to report it.  In doing so, the abuse and neglect can stop.

At the Arizona Nursing Home Abuse Law firm, we provide experienced, knowledgeable, and aggressive legal representation to elder abuse victims and their families.  Our Arizona nursing home abuse attorneys have handled cases involving ulcers, bed sores, bone fractures, financial exploitation, malnutrition, dehydration, multiple falls, and more.

If a nursing home or other elder care facility has failed to provide you or your loved with appropriate quality care and you or your loved one has suffered abuse and/or neglect, you may be entitled to compensation.  Furthermore, you are entitled to protection!  For more information on how we can help, contact us today!  We offer free Arizona nursing home abuse case evaluations.

My father was the victim of horrible neglect by a nursing home, which caused his death. I have never been involved in anything having to do with the legal system, and even after my father’s death, I was very reluctant to look for an attorney to advise me about a potential case.  Luckily, I was referred to attorney James Morgan. Mr. Morgan was honest and supportive through the whole process.  Within four months, my case was settled.  I am hopeful that through my father’s case, as well as the efforts of Mr. Morgan and his law firm, nursing homes will create safer and better living conditions for their residents so that other residents and their families will not have to suffer as my father and my family did. My family and I will always be grateful for Mr. Morgan’s kindness and competence, and the peace of mind we now have thanks to the resolution of our case.
