Surprise Nursing Home Abuse Lawyers

Welcome to the Surprise Nursing Home Abuse and Elder Abuse Law Firm Attorney Resource and Information Page.

People reside in nursing homes or long-term care facilities to ensure that they are well cared for.  Unfortunately, that is not always the case.  All too often, residents of nursing homes and long-term care facilities are severely abused and/or neglected.  The most common types of nursing home abuse and neglect are malnutrition, dehydration, pressure sores, infections, falls, financially exploitation, and even sexual assault.  Staffing and training deficiencies are often the cause of these injuries.

Nursing home abuse and nursing home neglect are terribly inhumane crimes that leave victims feeling vulnerable and all alone.  At the Arizona Nursing Home Abuse Law Firm, we are here to tell you that you are not alone.  Our experienced Arizona nursing home abuse attorneys know their way around the Department of Health Services, the Arizona Ombudsman office, the Area Agency on Aging, Medicare, and all other agencies that regulate nursing homes.  We leave no stone unturned when it comes to defending the rights of Arizona seniors and ensuring that they are protected from abuse and neglect.

If you or your loved one is a victim of nursing home abuse, know that there are viable options available.  At the Arizona Nursing Home Abuse Law Firm, we offer free Arizona nursing home abuse case evaluations.  Contact us today for yours!
